User / Customer means anyone browsing or purchasing through the platform

Vendor / Seller means businesses or individuals selling products/services on hetmita

Platform includes website, mobile app, vendor dashboard, and travel booking services

Service Partners include logistics providers, payment gateways, travel partners, and third-party agencies

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws

4. Account Registration

Users may be required to provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Shipping address
• Verification documents (if required)

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and OTP verification details.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud or illegal activities
• Upload unauthorized or copyrighted content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Manipulate pricing, ratings, or reviews
• Use bots or automated systems improperly

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

6. Payment Policy

Domestic Orders (India)

• Partial prepaid payment may be required
• Remaining payment may be available via Cash on Delivery (if eligible)
• Shipping charges are payable by the customer
• COD may not be available for selected products

International Orders

• 100% advance payment required
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

High-Value Products

Certain premium products may require full prepaid payment.

Payment Failure

Orders may be automatically cancelled if payment verification fails.

7. Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Orders may be cancelled due to:

Eligible prepaid amounts will be refunded accordingly.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Delivery

International Delivery

International shipping depends on customs clearance and third-party logistics providers.

9. Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders

• Returns depend on product category and seller approval
• Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges

International Orders

• Returns accepted only upon seller approval
• Customers are responsible for reverse shipping, customs duties, and related charges

Non-Returnable Products

• Beauty & personal care products
• Hygiene products
• Perishable items
• Digital goods
• Customized or bulk orders

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing proof.

10. Travel Services

Travel-related services provided through hetmita operate as booking facilitation services only. Airline, hotel, and third-party policies apply separately.

Convenience fees may be non-refundable.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content including branding, graphics, logos, text, and digital assets are the intellectual property of hetmita.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

hetmita shall not be held responsible for:

• Vendor-related issues
• Courier or delivery delays
• Third-party service failures
• User misuse of the platform
• Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)

Maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the order placed.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Submission of false information
• Illegal or abusive conduct

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
